Refund Process

Because we act as an affiliate (not a seller), all refund and return requests must be directed to the manufacturer of the product you purchased. Most supplements we feature offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.

Return Instructions by Product

For all products featured on CapsInsider:

1. Contact the manufacturer’s customer support within the guarantee window (typically 60 days from purchase).
2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Ship the product (used or unused bottles) to the address provided by the manufacturer.
4. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days of the manufacturer receiving the return.

Important Notes

• CapsInsider does not process refunds or handle returns directly.
• Original shipping costs are typically non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are usually the buyer’s responsibility.
• Purchase only from official manufacturer websites to ensure refund eligibility.
